Fisher Singers – Community Choir Monday's 7-9pm Keelan Centre St John Fisher High School

Fisher Singers have now been established for 5 years. This friendly choir enjoys weekly rehearsals with our very own choir leader June Garbutt. This informal choir enjoys a varied social diary and formal singing events at major venues around the area. Concerts have been enjoyed at Ripon Cathedral, Harrogate International Centre, and Lightwater Valley. You don’t have to be a superb singer but a love of music and a passion for singing in a group environment would be an advantage. Rehearsals are on Monday evening’s 7-9pm tem-time only. ANYONE CAN PLAY GUITAR!
You will require to bring your own guitar.
The Anyone Can Play Guitar is an excellent class to
join with a fantastic
chance to learn guitar and/or develop skills to a
more advanced level.
You will learn to play and have fun playing guitar
by learning essential
chords and scales every week, as well as your
favourite songs on electric
or acoustic guitar.Weekly handouts will be given
to learn/practice.
(Electric guitarists may bring a small practice
amplifier but it is not
essential).
